As someone with physical handicaps, I really appreciated the helpful staff and the accessibility features at Glacier Bay Lodge. The lodge had facilities that made it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay.

The boat tour could have been even better if the National Park Ranger had answered all my questions in a 15-minute monologue.

I had the opportunity to go on guided hikes and a boat trip into Glacier Bay, where I saw incredible wildlife and glaciers. The National Park staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly.

During my stay, I experienced a minor inconvenience with the shower in my room not working properly. However, the lodge staff promptly addressed the issue and made sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
